I walked home. I was thinking about what happend this morning at school, I bumped into a senior boy. He smiled at me and was the star of the football team. "Hi" Katie said, smiling at him. "Hey, I was wondering, do you have plans for this saturday?" Luke asked. "Uh, no" "Okay, will you go.. Uhm.." Luke was trying to ask her out, but he frooze. He never frooze when he asked a girl out. But Katie was different. She wasn't like all senior girls. She wasn't even a senior. "Do you.." Luke tried again. Katie smiled. "I would love too" she said. Luke sighed in relieve. Katie started walking again. Luke walked with her. After a long time of silence. "I'll pick you up at six, okay?" Luke asked. Katie nodded and smiled. He asked me out! Well.. Sort of. This is so cool! I'm going on a date with a senior boy! I arrived home and walked into the kitchen. I saw my sister. She could see that something happend.

"What happend?" Sofie asked. "I have a date!" Katie said. She was smiling big. Katie's brother, Dylan, walked in, who's Luke's best friend. "Who's got a date?" he asked. Katie knew that Luke was Dylan's best friend. "I have, with Luke" Katie said. Dylan just got something to drink. He spit out his drink. "With Luke?" he asked. Katie nodded. "You have a problem with that?" "No, it's just weird that my little sis is dating my best friend" Dylan said. "We're not dating, yet" Katie said. "Just be careful, I don't want my little sister seeing hurt" Dylan said. "I won't get hurt. And else you'll protect me, right?" Katie said. Dylan nods and walks away. "I'm happy for you" Sofie said.

It's so weird. My little sister is going on a date with my best friend. But I'm happy for Katie, but if Luke hurts her, I'm gonna kill him.
